Aile d'Argent Blanc du Chateau Mouton Rothschild FUTURES 2024 pre-arrival ETA: Autumn 2027

Expert tasting note: (2024 vintage)

"Pale greenish yellow in color. Pungent pear-drop, passionfruit & kiwifruit aromas combine with sapid notes. A dry, concentrated palate is rich with ripe-peach, pear fruit & estery pear-drop notes. Acidity is surprisingly soft & alcohol is balanced. The wine is medium-bodied with velvety, peach-skin texture & hints of vanilla & cedar. Freshness on the back palate allows pear & apple flavors to show. Mouthwatering sapidity gives a lingering finish." - 04/25 ep DCAMW

Antonio Galloni, April 2025 (91-93)

"The 2024 Aile d'Argent is very fine. Silky, aromatic and brisk, the 2024 is impeccably done. White pepper, chalk, slate, mint, lemon peel and marzipan are some of the many notes that take shape in the glass. Attractive tropical overtones from the Sauvignon Gris add lift. There's a bit more lees-stirring than in most years, and also a bit of malolactic fermentation, both of which work so well within the wine's framework."

Lisa Perrotti-Brown, 2025-05-08 (92 - 94)

"Skips out with vibrant notes of lime blossom, green apples, and fresh grapefruit with hints of pineapple and fresh pears. The light to medium-bodied palate delivers great intensity and tension with a silky texture and long tangy finish. Yum!

54.5% Sauvignon Blanc, 33% Semillon, 12.5% Sauvignon Gris. Aging 9 months in French oak barrels, 45% new. 6.5% Malolactic.
