"The wine has a medium depth of purple-ruby color. Delicate violet perfume overlays juicy red-cherry aromas, there are notes of coffee. The palate has a pungent, savory oil of cloves hint with red-plum fruit & peppery hints. Delicate silky tannins gain a more grainy, gripping nature on the finish. Balanced alcohol is sufficient to emphasise cedary notes. Fresh acidity helps the wine last well. A pretty wine that is grainy, rounded & complete." - 04/25 ep DCAMW
