"The wine has a medium depth of dark ruby-red color. A violet perfume precedes fresh red-plum fruit aromas. The wine has a very fresh acidity. On the palate an underlying red-plum fruiy has chocolatey richness, lifted floral aromas & a touch of meaty bite. Balanced alcohol gives some weight to the palate. A supple structure on the finish has a little grip. Fresh raspberry & black-plum notes last well." - 04/25 ep DCAMW.
