Expert tasting note: (2024 vintage)

"The wine's deep, dark purple-red color is not opaque. Ripe aromas are of dark red & black cherries, dark plum & coffee notes. The palate is quite smooth, tannins are super-fine& there is a fair density, supported by graphite notes. Alcohol is balanced & the mid-palate is firm with plummy fruit. Good acidity shows on the finish which is quite classic, with red-plum fruit. It ends lean & a little angular." - 04/25 ep DCAMW
