"Deep, dark but not opaque purple-black color. Beautiful, clean, intense, ripe blackcurrant fruit aromas have a lovely purity. The palate displays juicy, dark black-cherry fruit with raisin notes. Sweet-spice notes from oak aging become mor drying & angular towards the finish. Acidity is fresh & the alcohol adds a little roundness to the palate. The finish has bitter touches.
