"Medium to deep purple-ruby with a purple rim. Juicy, ripe red-cherry aromas combine with mulberries & sweet-spice touches. Red-plum fruit on the palate starts fine & juicy but gains a cooked fruit richness & prune hints as it opens. The mid-palate is harmonious as fresh acidity lifts the fruit. The tannins are supple & the texture is velvety. By the end the tannins are graphite smooth. The finish combines juicy raspberry fruit with hints of cedar & cinnamon." - 04/25 ep DCAMW
