"The wine has a deep, dark black-purple color but is not opaque. Rich, dark fruit aromas have toasty oak & some mocha hints. The palate opens with ripe dark red & black-cherry fruit. Cedary tannins overpower dark-fruit on the mid-palate, leaving the structure a little bitter. Acidity is fresh & the alcohol is at most balanced.
