"Pale to medium yellow. Rich, pungent aromas are almost catty at first, then passionfruit notes open. There are flinty fermentation notes & tomato-leaf hints. On the dry palate ripe passionfruit notes open to peach & mango fruit by the finish. Toasty oak & flinty fermentation notes are very well-integrated. Mineral acidity adds some sapidity. The wine is medium to full bodied & balanced alcohol adds weight. The finish is long, complex, elegant & fresh." - 04/25 ep DCAMW
