"Medium to deep, dark ruby red in color. Attractive cedar aromas overlay fresh, ripe red-plum fruit, graphite notes leave a lead-pencil character. The red-fruit palate is mouth-filling, quite dense & rounded. Supple, smooth tannins have a velvet-textured grip. The wine is fine, harmonious & elegant, good freshness is balanced by the fruit & the alcohol adds a hint of weight to the back-palate.
