Expert tasting note: (2024 vintage)

"The wine is a deep, dark purple-black color. The aromas are of rich, ripe juicy black-fruits, particularly black-cherries. The palate is open & juicy with silky smooth tannins. A fine peppery grip gives the mid-palate plenty of grip. Alcohol adds roundness to the long finish. The wine ends with a lovely concentration of mouth-watering elderberry fruit with toasty & cedary oak notes." - 04/25 ep DCAMW
