"Deep, dark ruby-red in color. The aromas are of rich ripe plums & prunes which are overlaid by notes of earthiness and truffles. The palate seems quite rich with some alcoholic warmth. Earthy & truffle notes overlay black-frut on the palate. Fine tannins give a little grip & there are coffee & mocha notes. The acidity gives juicy frehness to the ripe plum & prune fruit on the mid-palate. There is a little lively red-plum perfume on a long dark-fruit finish" - 04/25 ep DCAMW
