"Almost opaque, deep, dark ruby with a purple rim. Restrained raspberry aromas have raspberry with chocolate & cedar hints. The firm, gripping tannins show an increasing suppleness. The palate slowly reveals pungent mulberry fruit, raspberries & sweet, cedar & cinnamon spice. There is a juicy raspberry/red cherry conserve on the finish where the fruit opens showing opulent jammy ripeness.
