"Deep, dark almost opaque ruby-red color with a vivid purple rim. The aromas are slightly meaty at first over restrained cassis perfume. The palate has good freshness, elegant cassis fruit, a fine tannic structure & touches of graphite. Alcohol adds a touch of warmth to the mid-palate.
