"The wine has a very deep, dark purple-red color. There are quite restrained dark-fruit aromas. The palate displays concentrated, dense, structured cassis, elderberry & blackcurrant fruit, overlaid by graphite. The wine is quite full-bodied with fresh acidity and balanced alcohol that contributes a little warmth & richness to the mid-palate.
