"Medium to deep purple-ruby color with a vibrant purple rim. Vibrant fruit aromas seem quite restrained with ripe black-plum fruit & chocolate. The palate gas a good density of ripe black-plum & black-cherry fruit. Drying tannins reveal themselves on the mid-palate. The wine is Medium bodied & balanced. Alcohol adds a little warmth & richness. The acidity is fresh & the finish is long, cedary & a little astringent." - 04/25 ep DCAMW
