"The wine's deep, dark purple-ruby color is almost opaque. The aromas start out a little dumb & earthy, they are perhaps a little reduced. The palate has juicy red fruit & a velvety texture. The wine is medium-bodied. The fine tannic structure is supple with some grip at the end. Fresh acidity lifts juicy raspberry fruit on the back palate, where there are also spicy/cedary notes.
