"Pale to medium greenish yellow pigmentation. The pungent aromas have plentiful sapidity/salinity overlaying dairy/leesy notes, passionfruit & blackcurrant-leaf. Well defined fruit has very pungent flavours of green peapod & asparagus. Lees aging has added a rounded creaminess to the mid-palate. Fresh mineral-natured acidity enhances saline notes on the palate. The finish includes flinty & toasty fermentation notes & hints of fennel over the green fruit." - 04/25 ep DCAMW
