"Deep dark, pretty much opaque black-ruby color. Restrained black fruit aromas have a savory note. Dark plum & cherry fruit on the medium to full bodied palate is quite generous & ripe. Fine tannins provide a licoricey depth & concentration on the mid-palate. Alcohol is balanced & the acidity is fresh. There are mouthwatering notes of coffee & cedary tannins combine with attractive, juicy black & red cherry fruit on the finish." - 04/25 ep DCAMW
