"The wine has a medium intensity of dark, purple-black color. Restrained dark fruit aromas have hints of chocolate & vanilla. Fresh, crisp cassis fruit on the palate has a rounded, smooth texture, hints of cedary sweet-spices & a little grip. The wine is medium to full-bodied. Alcohol is balanced & the acidity gives blackcurrant flavors a mouthwatering nature. The wine finishes with lingering, ripe, rounded blackcurrant fruit." - 04/25 ep DCAMW
