Frédéric Cossard is a larger than life character. He is a man with an infectious joie de vivre, with a real passion for life and a love of wine that runs deep. This Pinot Noir is sourced from 40-year-old vines in and around Volnay and 50-year-old vines in Nuits-Saint-Georges. It is noted for being particularly light and delicate, an exceptional Bourgogne rouge that masterfully balances fruitiness, earthiness, and a hint of funk, adding to its overall charm.
