Crafted from 100% Pinot Noir grapes cultivated organically on a stunning plot situated above the Climat des Petits Epenots, this wine embodies the essence of its exceptional terroir. The grapes are carefully handpicked and undergo natural vinification processes. Following a maceration period of approximately three weeks with whole clusters, gentle pressing ensues, followed by 12 months of aging in ovoid concrete tanks. Unfiltered and unfined, this wine is bottled without the addition of sulfites, allowing its pure expression to shine through.
