The 2011 Méo-Camuzet Vosne-Romanée Aux Brûlées 1er Cru showcases a vibrant ruby color and a complex bouquet of red and black fruits, rose petals, and hints of spice, leather, and earth. The palate is medium-bodied with a silky texture, fine-grained tannins, and a bright acidity that supports the wine's elegant structure. The finish is long and nuanced, with a touch of minerality. This wine is drinking well now, but can still age and develop for several years.

Producer tasting notes

- A very ripe vintage: around 13.5% ABV, aromas of sweet red fruit, fairly low acidity and great fullness on the palate. As with all great vintages, the terroir will need a little time to reveal itself. Today, some wines are showing a tendency to close up: they are becoming tighter, less direct, not so easy-drinking.
