David Leclapart is a visionary winemaker, committed to biodynamics and minimal interference in wine production. In 1999, he founded his own small farm and began to experiment. In vineyards with a total area of about 3 hectares, he grows two grape varieties - Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Today it produces one still wine and five champagnes.
