One of two wines that he makes with the intention of wanting it to be aged, consumed with food, and maybe just taken a bit more seriously than his glu glu range, seeing some barrel and extended aging.. Rosé with this delightfully deep hue triggers cravings of seared ahi tuna, wagyu or duck a la presse! A wine for raw fish through red meat!
