W&J Graham’s “Ne Oublie” Tawny Port 1882
Intense and deep fragrance with notes of nuts, almonds, coffee, vanilla, caramel, candied orange peel, slight trace of iodine, chocolate, tobacco, very fine and deep in the mouth, several layers of textures, concentration very well defended by an acidity as vigorous as it is fresh and elegant, fragrant and endless on the finish.
Dark amber, greenish edge. Chemical, smooth and elegant, with walnut and almond bark, exotic woods, spices, orange peel syrup. Fresh and with a vegetable side, like mint tea. Very voluminous, smooth and velvety, with harmony and balance, incredible bittersweet notes, very sophisticated, with a rare balance between intensity and restraint.
