Tasting Profile
The wine shows an intensely dark color with purple glints and a highly expressive bouquet of lilacs, peonies, dried flowers, graphite, cedar wood, wild dark fruits, redcurrants, sweet plums, kirsch, crème de cassis, and hints of dark chocolate and rosehip tea. On the palate it is full‑bodied, rich and concentrated yet elegant, with layers of ripe black and red fruit, cracked black pepper, licorice, Ceylon tea, mineral and smoky notes, supported by ultra‑fine, ripe tannins, lovely acidity, and a very long, spicy, minerally finish.
