Hints of sweet pastry and rising bread entice on this refreshing, dry, yet honeyed sparkling wine made from Tokaj grape varieties. It's brisk on the palate, with a clean cut, but it has all of the waxy, floral qualities of a sweet Tokaj wine. Fantastic now, but it could be even more glorious with five more years in the cellar.
