Vineyard notes - Grapes are harvested by hand and softly pressed. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. After aging on the lees for 30 months, it is dirgorged without dosage. An elegant wine, the scent of custard, fresh, savory and persistent taste.
