Fresh, sweet, and, most importantly, energetic, the wine balances its fruity sweetness with its crisp energy. The wine was produced from a blend of 90% Sauvignon Blanc, 7% Semillon, and 3% Sauvignon Gris, which was included for the first time in the blend.
