Domaine Bernard-Bonin Meursault Les Tillets 2023 is a white Burgundy from Meursault in the Côte de Beaune, produced from Chardonnay. The wine comes from the Les Tillets lieu-dit, a high-altitude parcel above Les Bouchères with shallow, stony marl soils, farmed using organic and biodynamic practices by Nicolas Bernard and Véronique Bonin, who have run the domaine since 1998–1999.
For this vintage, tasting notes describe fresh citrus, white peach and honeysuckle, with toasted hazelnut, subtle buttery nuances and pronounced stony minerality; the palate shows a silky texture, vibrant acidity and a long, focused finish. Recommended serving temperature is 10–12 °C.
