Notes

This is a wine which we love to have in our selection: an entry level Burgundy which exhibits the purity of fruit and the fresh, sapid juiciness of the Pinot Noir grape grown in the excellent soils of Savigny. Bottled in October 2021 without sulphur, there is a lovely bright purple colour with a fresh, vinous note of crushed plums. On the palate the wine is smooth and spicy with ripe fruit. Made with 100% whole berries, the result is a fresh, juicy wine with a good tonic finish and a lingering juiciness.
