Jacques Lassaigne Rosé d’Emmanuelle Brut Nature NV is a very expressive grower Champagne that shows Montgueux Chardonnay-based precision with a vivid rosé character and strong mineral drive. It is a dry, focused, small-production cuvée that combines freshness, depth and a distinctly artisanal style.
This Champagne comes from Emmanuel Lassaigne’s organically farmed holdings in Montgueux, a chalk-rich site known for producing Chardonnay with ripeness, tension and saline length. Rosé d’Emmanuelle sits in the domaine’s more characterful, limited-production range and reflects the house style: low-intervention winemaking, serious aging, and a strong sense of terroir.
Appearance: Pale salmon to deeper pink-gold, with a fine and lively mousse.
Nose: Red berries, blood orange, wild strawberry, pink grapefruit, white flowers and chalky mineral notes.
Palate: Dry, textured and energetic, with bright red-fruit tension, citrus lift, subtle creaminess and a firm mineral backbone.
Finish: Long, saline and clean, with lingering berry skin, citrus and chalk.
Rosé d’Emmanuelle is made in Brut Nature style, so it shows no perceptible sweetness and keeps the emphasis on purity and structure. The wine is built for precision rather than plushness, with the rosé component adding aromatic lift and fruit energy while the Montgueux base keeps the palate taut and chalk-driven.
This is a strong choice for buyers who want a serious rosé Champagne rather than a simple aperitif wine. Its combination of scarcity, identity and dry, mineral structure makes it especially attractive for premium lists, collectors and customers who like gastronomic Champagne with real personality.
It works very well with tuna tartare, salmon, shellfish, duck breast, charcuterie and dishes with subtle spice. It also pairs nicely with grilled prawns, sushi and summer vegetable plates where freshness and texture matter.
