Petit-Roy Savigny-les-Beaune 2020

Domaine Petit-Roy Savigny-lès-Beaune 2020 is a precise Pinot Noir from the Côte de Beaune village of Savigny-lès-Beaune, Burgundy, France, crafted biodynamically by Seiichi Wang on nearly 40-year-old vines in the Aux Boutières lieu-dit.

Tasting Profile

Translucent ruby with aromas of cherries, red fruits, cloves, spices, and wet earth. Fresh and balanced palate shows good acidity, savory depth, bright juiciness, and a neat, harmonious finish at 12.5-13% alcohol.

Key Traits

  • Body: Light to medium, elegant and accessible with perfect balance.

  • Aging: Enjoy now through 2028+; pairs with duck, poultry, or game birds.

  • Terroir: Biodynamic reasoned farming yields vibrant, terroir-true finesse without new oak.
