Pierre Peters Les Chetillons Oenotheque Blanc de Blanc 2007
The 2007 vintage of Pierre Peters Les Chetillons Oenotheque Blanc de Blanc is an exceptional representation of 100% Chardonnay grapes sourced from the esteemed Les Chetillons vineyard. The 2007 vintage exhibits an enticing bouquet of white flowers, lemon zest, green apple, and brioche, underpinned by a distinct chalky minerality. The palate is a delightful mix of citrus, green apple, and almond flavors, supported by lively acidity and a refined mousse. This elegant wine offers a memorable finish that makes it a perfect choice for special occasions and the most discerning palates.
Robert Parker (Wine Advocate) -
Disgorged in December 2021 with five grams per liter dosage, the 2007 Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Les Chétillons Oenothèque derives from the first vintage that Rodolphe Péters oversaw from start to finish. Wafting from the glass with aromas of stone fruits, candied peel, pastry cream, freshly baked bread, clear honey and oyster shell, it's medium to full-bodied, fleshy and incisive, with a ripe core of fruit and a long, mineral finish.
